For New Construction projects we like to get our fingers in the pie as early as possible. Our background in interior architecture informs how we analyze space, and we assess your building plans with an eye for the human scale. We consider functional use, furniture layouts, window coverings, and look for opportunities to infuse delight. We coordinate with owners, architects, and builders to ensure the design is being considered holistically.

We work on Interior Renovation projects ranging in scale from single-rooms to whole homes. We start by fully documenting the existing built-conditions in a 3D model, then look for opportunities for improvement. All of our designs are studied in a 3D model and presented alongside finish samples, precedent imagery, and product cut sheets.

Our Interior Furnishing projects range in scale from single-rooms, to whole homes, to commercial & multi-family amenity spaces. We assess architectural plans and/or document existing spaces then get to work space planning all furniture, furnishings, art & accessories.

Sometimes our work takes us outside too! Our Exterior Palette projects typically arise when an owner wants to ensure the outside of their building speaks the same language as the inside. This work entails partnering with your architect or builder to select finish materials, colors, and products that work within the established parameters of the building envelope. We collect materials, select lighting and accessories, and create renderings that capture the overall design concept.
