In Woodinville, Washington the bucolic wine district recently went through a major construction boom, part of which encompasses the Harvest River Run luxury townhome development. Nestled along the eastern bank of the Sammamish River, the townhomes enjoy direct line of sight towards the Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery and are walking distance from the Harvest Yard curated shops, wine tasting rooms, and amenities.

Counterbalance Studio was tasked with developing two distinctly unique interiors palettes so home owners could select a scheme that best suits their aesthetic preference. The Noir scheme embraces the dark side by amping up the contrast and drama. Sumptuous walnut-colored cabinetry is capped off with concrete colored quartz and punctuated with blackened iron hardware. Onyx-glazed ceramic tiles, industrial-inspired light fixtures, and pops of black metal all come together to create a sleek ambiance.
